Returns & Exchanges

FOR US ORDERS:

We accept returns on products within 30 days of original purchase (except for items listed as final sale). We will accept returns on goods that have not been worn or washed. If the size ordered doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or another item.

For all returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and a prepaid label will be provided.

If a refund for a purchase is requested, the original cost of shipping will not be included and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, once your return is received we will send an invoice for shipping out your requested exchange item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If ordering internationally, USPS tracking usually stops once your order leaves the U.S. and we are unable to track it further. If there is an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them. We do NOT offer refunds or returns on international orders.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, and import duties. If a package is refused and returned, return shipping and fees will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

Wizard of Barge can not be responsible for any damage to returns/exchange shipments sent by customers. Refunds will not be processed in cases where returns are lost in transit or arrive damaged unless those damaged are covered by the carrier insurance and will be refunded once the claim has been filed and approved with the carrier.

Wizard of Barge are only responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.
